Old and Rare Wine
The St. Helena Wine Merchants sells a tremendous amount of properly stored wines from customers. Only after carefully scrutinizing the storage conditions and physically examining the bottles do we put these wines up for sale. Because these older (often irreplaceable) wines are sold on an "as is" basis, we place our reputation on each old and rare bottle in our inventory. Please understand that our library wines often present qualities that are vastly different from their current release counterpoints- elegance, subtlety, complexity- the hallmarks of a mature wine.
